Clayton’s memorial was a two-hour, musical and theatrical event with a post-show catered buffet and a gifting table sponsored by Hasbro Toys. His memorial film was directed by an Academy Award winner who left the four-hundred person audience and my daughter in ragged tears. The receiving line stretched through the entire lobby of the LA Theater Center. I stood for hours, hugging and thanking hundreds of family members, colleagues and friends who’d flown in from all over the country. So many tears. So much love.
